Hi, I’m Janelle,

My team and I have guided over 60 organizations and thousands of employees to create truly inclusive workplaces.

I’ve been featured in Forbes, Globe & Mail, and Toronto Star for my innovative approach to addressing systemic workplace inequity. 

I’m a trained lawyer and a former human rights investigator. I have worked in government agencies that passed laws and implemented legislation promoting fairness, equity, accessibility, and inclusion.

After experiencing workplace mistreatment firsthand, including two layoffs without cause and a rescinded job offer on the eve of the pandemic, I realized the urgent need for change. The events of 2020, the murder of George Floyd, and the Amy Cooper incident in Central Park, became catalysts that fueled my mission to create workplaces where everyone truly belongs. 

Now, I help HR professionals, VPs, CEOS, and Leaders transform their organizations through customized inclusion policies, strategies, trainings, and company-wide assessments.
