Hi, I’m Janelle Benjamin

Founder and CEO of All Things Equitable, and I’m dedicated to creating culture where everyone belongs.

For nearly two decades, I've been at the forefront of DEI, accessibility, and human rights. As a trained lawyer and former human rights investigator, I've seen firsthand the challenges organizations face in creating truly inclusive environments. I've worked with government agencies to pass laws and implement legislation promoting fairness and equity. 

The blend of legal expertise and real-world experience allows me to see beyond surface-level issues and create solutions that honor the full humanity of every individual.

My commitment to this work goes beyond professional experience. It's also deeply personal.

The events of 2020 and the murder of George Floyd reinforced what I already knew: we need to do more than just talk about diversity. We need to actively dismantle the systems that create barriers and perpetuate workplace trauma and inequity.

At All Things Equitable, we don’t just scratch the surface. We dig deep to uncover the root causes of workplace inequity and exclusion. Our approach is holistic, recognizing that true change comes not just from policies but from a fundamental shift in how we value and treat each human being in the workplace.
